FSS on Schedule

Has anybody heard if FSS is still on schedule to be online by 2010? There's a rumor at my office that it has been postponed indefinitely because of the current economic climate.

I read somewhere, maybe here, that they're not working like they planned and are trying to redesign?

The FSS has a new rollout schedule recently announced. However, surprise surprise, they don't work. They do not meet the standards set by the post office for acceptance. There have been two tests so far. So they have decided to go full speed ahead with the current rollout schedule. Good luck to the carriers that get saddled with this mess. I also recently talked to an ET-11 who opined that the FSS is a total failure up to this point, due to the inability to make them work properly.
