It does appear the USSR had a strong controlling interest over Islam. Sometimes when we get what we want it isn't always what we need. Imagine if Saddam was still in power. Wouldn't that really be better for us and who cares who kills who over there. I am expected to be concerned about the tribal fighting in Africa, but I don't give a damn. Gangs rule the streets of America. Lets create Gangland in Detroit, build huge walls around the city and hope that they all get killed off. There are just slimey bastards in this world and the world would be better off if they were dead. They are going to kill so they may as well kill others just like themselves.
