Daisy, do you mean Climate Change like what has been going on for billions of years, even before AL Gore invented it :?:

I live on long Island N.Y, and their is no signs of "global warming" here! My yard is full of freshly fallen snow(blizzard warning) with a total of 12-18 inches expected! The winter has definitely been colder than normal so far. I wonder if I should call up Al Gore, and ask for an explanation. What do ya think?

Like you said before, and I paraphrase, the left-winged-nut-idiots have realized the truth is coming out about their global warming bull shitz...so now they are trying to change the subject to climate change. I'll bet Al Gore would be willing to light up and heat another 6,000 sq ft mansion and buy three more jets to produce a little extra green-house gas to combat the latest liberal cause..."Global Cooling!"

Oh yeah, Global Change reminds me...I'll bet some people sneaking around the background here would say, "In my opinion, any change would be better than doing the same old thing we've done for the last eight years!!

PS...anybody know anything about WestTx? At our age, we can't afford to let someone be quiet for too long. They may check out on us!

Holy crap, this time the snow is going to the deep south! Click the link below. Which begs the question, are we approaching the next "ice age". Let me call up Al Gore!

Thanks for asking bout' me. I'm doin' right well consider'en I had roid' surgery. I'd put it off for so long that them dingleberries would sometimes drag the ground. I'll tell you what tho... I still can't sit too well, and my appetite ain't been as good of late. I sure would like a dozen of DDeath's cherry pastries. I'm hang'en in at a cool 160 pounds!

You boys take care now. I ain't seen KeepitReal and WindowMan in here for awhile. You boys keep an eye out for'em, and I'll see what I can do to track'em down.

Maybe Dazed and I can host the music show Saturday night.

Glad you're okay there, WestTx. You shoulda' never let those 'roids take root like that. You're just asking for colon cancer doing such. I raised you to be smarter than that!! You take good care and rub a little pork rind where it hurts. It'll take a little time but it'll get all better...with having to be kissed to make it better.

WestTx, I have been trying to keep things stirred up to no avail.

My son and grandchildren were over for dinner last night.

My son was complaining about the snowstorm we had on Tuesday and asked how can the earth be warming with all of these snowstorms?

My 10-year old, fifth grade granddaughter loudly said, "DAaaaaaD, DON'T YOU KNOW THE POLAR ICE CAPS ARE MELTING AND CAUSING ALL KINDS OF UNUSUAL WEATHER PATTERNS? IT MEANS THAT STORMS WILL BE BIGGER AND DROUGHTS AND FLOODS WILL HAPPEN IN PLACES THEY NEVER HAD THEM! JEEEEZ!

I guess she had a recent Science class.

I wonder how a 10-year old can know something my 40-year old son can't comprehend............

Your granddaughter is a product of the government school system. NEA tries to ensure that young impressive, gullible minds are so littered and cluttered with theology of progressive ideology that it is difficult to think logically. See, just like her senile old granddad, she'll believe anything the government tells her. Eventually, she'll learn (like her dad) that it's all just fantasy and bullshit...then she'll reach an age when she (like her granddad) will stop thinking for herself and believe anything the government tells her again!

DDeath, finally some opposition. We have been very busy agreeing with each other and that is no fun. Neal Bortz has some interesting views on public education. He believes public education was developed with the intent of developing workers, and not educating the students to their abilities. Try taking a few of the MIT entrance exams from 1873, and it will show you how we have dumbed down the curriculum to better produce worker bees.
